It's not a matter of SHE, it matters to all of us


 The theme of this year's Women's Month Celebration, “WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society,” serves as a powerful reminder of our collective responsibility to create a fair and equitable world. "WE" signifies unity, acknowledging that achieving gender equality is not solely the duty of women but a shared commitment among all individuals, regardless of gender.

    Gender equality transcends mere advocacy; it is about ensuring that everyone has equal access to opportunities, resources, and rights. An inclusive society values and respects the diverse perspectives and experiences of all people, empowering them to thrive without the constraints of prejudice or discrimination. By breaking down barriers and challenging societal norms, we can cultivate environments where differences are celebrated rather than suppressed.

    Furthermore, fostering inclusivity means amplifying the voices of those who are often marginalized. Women, especially those from underrepresented communities, deserve to be heard, seen, and valued. Promoting gender equality is not just about fairness—it strengthens our societies by unlocking the full potential of every individual.

    As we celebrate Women's Month, let us reflect on how we can actively contribute to building a more inclusive world. It begins with acknowledging our biases, advocating for policies that promote equality, and supporting initiatives that uplift women and marginalized communities.     As we end off my 2nd quarter journey ICT, I had a lot of things to learn, and predominantly, this was the basic unit of websites being HTML tags. Metaphorsis: A Transition for Change

      Metamorphosis, a transition in habits and physical form of an animal after going through a phase of development and rebirth. The most well known example of this are caterpillars conversion to butterflies, marking change towards beauty and elegance. It's as if the animal has completely changed from one creature to another. Similarly, us humans, once we have reflected on our past and wanting to go through a process of tranformation. It is less of a biological but rather a psychological change to us people in which we attempt to correct and rectify our actions and habits over the years.Where we humans personally mature and develop. Yet our change from one form to another may not invoke gracefulness as compared to those of butterflies, where our effort to transform may not be so successful. A summit I shall overcome

     Venturing out in my last years of Junior High school, it's still in the first quarter and it has already been a hassling start to the school year. Yet I had fun, various more activities that I have participated in living in the joyous moments along with others. Furthermore, in these beginnings, I have found the true extent of my abilities. Now brimming with confidence, I can now articulate my ideas much more properly during lectures now my voice can resonate with my thoughts. While also seeing my latent abilities such as swift comprehension, long-term and short-term, logical and analytical strengths to be getting better and better. Also, this slothful mindset of mine has now seem to be getting smaller, now being able to accomplish my tasks with ease.
